  • Clare Lozano


    Clare came to Heritage in April of 2011 after completing her Masters of Divinity degree at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Austin, TX. Clare also received her BA in Sociology from Trinity University in 2003. Clare is passionate about pastoral ministry and feels deeply blessed to have been called to the wonderful community of Heritage. Clare is married to her husband George who is a police officer with the City of Shawnee. Clare and George live in Spring Hill with their daughters Maya and Brynn.

  • kelly winslett

    communications assistant

    Kelly joined the Heritage team in 2016.  She studied Communications in college and held an administrative position in Chicago before she and her husband began their family where she served as CEO for 14 years.  Kelly is great on computers, loves social media and has a host of skills that benefit our ministries.  She has a positive attitude, a love of people, a drive to get things done and a great sense of humor. Kelly, her husband Robin and their three children Kyra, Rhys and Kathryn live in Overland Park.

  • Ronda Welander

    Music Director

    Ronda has a BA in Music from Illinois College and is a former K-12 music educator. She has over 20 years experience in music ministry and enhances our worship and music ministries with her skills and creativity. Ronda, along with her husband Rob and their children Jacob and Ellen, reside in Olathe where she is a private piano and vocal music teacher.

  • Richard Williams


    Richard serves as Coach-Accompanist at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music where he serves as coordinator of accompanying activities and as faculty coach for the Middle-America Opera Apprentice program. He holds degrees in Liberal Arts and Piano Performance from the University of Akron and the Master of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Illinois. Richard has been with Heritage since August of 1996 and enriches our worship with his incredible musical talent.
