Ronda Welander
commissioned pastor
Ronda has a BA in Music from Illinois College and is a former K-12 music educator. In 2021 she received the Church Leadership Certificate from Dubuque Theological Seminary and became a Commissioned Pastor for Heritage Presbyterian Church in 2023. Ronda has over 30 years experience in church ministry where she has shared her skills, creativity and passion for multi-sensory worship and faith formation.
Ronda, and her husband Rob, reside in Olathe and are blessed to have their son Jacob, and his wife Larissa, and daughter Ellen, living nearby.

kezia schrag
pianist
Kezia is a classical musician living in Olathe, Kansas where she works as an accompanist at Olathe East High School, runs a private piano studio and is acting pianist for Heritage Presbyterian Church. She is passionate about teaching music and considers herself blessed to do it full-time. In her free time she enjoys watching movies, cooking and spending time with her very best buddy, Cocoa.

Kori comes to Heritage after much volunteer experience and a desire to be of service to those in her community. Kori has an MBA from MidAmerica Nazarene University and is a retired police officer. Kori lives in Olathe with her son, Ashton, and two dogs, Max and Leo.

Ellen welander
NURSERY CAREGIVER
Ellen has been working in childcare for over 10 years and she has been involved in the church children’s choir since she was a child herself! A scientist during the week, Ellen resides in Lawrence and spends her free time volunteering at Theatre Lawrence.
